My name is Ethan Smith and I am the founder of The Historical Campaign. As a history buff, I am happy to assist the history teachers of Southern Michigan in educating students of all ages.
I graduated from Napoleon High School in 2016 and I will be graduating from Northwood University in the spring of 2020. As a Civil War reenactor, I have a passion for not only the subject, but also sharing information with students.
I have had the opportunity to reenact in Gettysburg for the 155th anniversary and attended a national event in the fall 2019 on the Mill Springs battlefield. In the summer of 2016, I started collecting artifacts from the American Civil War.
The Historical Campaign was formed in February of 2019 and we have been making an impact on students across Southern Michigan ever since. I encourage teachers and administrators to get a hold of me so I can make a difference in their school as well.
